Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and customer-focused Property Consultant to assist clients in buying, selling, and leasing residential or commercial properties. The role involves property marketing, client advisory, site visits, negotiations, and closing deals while ensuring excellent customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and understand client requirements for buying, selling, or renting properties
- Advise clients on market conditions, pricing, legal aspects, and property options
- Source properties and maintain an updated property inventory
- Conduct property site visits and presentations for clients
- Negotiate terms and conditions between buyers, sellers, landlords, and tenants
- Assist in documentation, agreements, and coordination until deal closure
- Generate leads through networking, referrals, and marketing activities
- Maintain strong relationships with clients, developers, and stakeholders
- Ensure compliance with company policies and real estate regulations
- Provide post-sales support to ensure client satisfaction
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Real Estate, Marketing, or related field (preferred)
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of local real estate market trends
- Ability to build and maintain client relationships
- Sales-oriented mindset with target-driven approach
- Basic knowledge of property documentation and legal procedures
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools
