Job Summary:

The Property Consultant is responsible for assisting clients in buying, selling, and leasing residential and commercial properties. The role focuses on providing exceptional customer service, understanding client needs, and guiding them through every step of the property transaction process. The consultant must be proactive, knowledgeable about the real estate market, and capable of achieving monthly sales or leasing targets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist clients in finding suitable properties that match their needs, preferences, and budget.
• Promote and market available listings through various platforms and marketing strategies.
• Conduct property viewings and provide accurate information about the property and its features.
• Negotiate offers between landlords, tenants, buyers, and sellers to achieve successful deals.
• Maintain and update property listings on CRM systems and company websites.
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients and property owners.
• Keep up-to-date with real estate laws, market trends, and competitor listings.
• Coordinate with the marketing and admin team for document preparation and deal finalization.
• Meet and exceed assigned sales or leasing targets.
• Represent the company professionally and uphold its values in all client interactions.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Proven experience in real estate sales or leasing (preferred).
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Strong customer service orientation and interpersonal skills.
• Self-driven, goal-oriented, and able to work under minimal supervision.
• Knowledge of CRM tools and real estate platforms.
• Fluent in English; Arabic is an advantage.
• Valid Qatar driving license (preferred).

Compensation:

• Commission-based structure with attractive incentives and performance bonuses.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From QAR10,000.00 per month
