Hiring Position: Real Estate Sales Agent

Responsibilities:

• Find new customers through networking, referrals, and different marketing methods.
• Show properties to clients, handle negotiations, and successfully close sales.
• Keep good relationships with clients and provide excellent customer service.
• Achieve monthly sales targets in alignment with company KPIs.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 1–2 years of sales experience (Dubai real estate experience preferred).
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and closing skills.
• Knowledge of Dubai property laws and RERA regulations is an advantage.
• Reach monthly sales targets according to company goals.
