Oaklyn Real Estate LLC is a growing real estate brokerage in Dubai, currently expanding our sales team. We are hiring experienced Real Estate Agents with at least 1 year of Dubai real estate experience, with a strong focus on Off Plan properties, while also working in the secondary market.

This role is ideal for motivated agents who want consistent company support, quality leads, and strong earning potential.

Job Responsibilities:

• Handle and convert company-provided leads
• Promote and sell Off Plan projects from leading developers
• Manage buying and selling transactions in the secondary market
• Conduct property viewings
• Conduct property presentations and client meetings

Advise clients on market trends, pricing, and investment opportunities

Negotiate and close property deals

Maintain accurate records using CRM systems

Requirements:

Minimum 1 year of real estate experience in Dubai OR proven sales experience in a competitive, target-driven industry

Experience in Off Plan and/or Secondary Market sales

Strong sales and negotiation skills

Excellent communication skills

Target-driven and self-motivated

Professional appearance and attitude
