Job Description:
Silverleaf Real Estate is looking for a motivated and results-driven Property Consultant to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for assisting clients in buying, selling, and renting properties while delivering exceptional customer service and achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Generate leads through networking, referrals, and marketing activities
• Assist clients in buying, selling, and leasing residential and commercial properties
• Conduct property viewings and provide expert advice to clients
• Negotiate offers between buyers, sellers, landlords, and tenants
• Stay updated with market trends, property values, and RERA regulations
• Prepare necessary documentation and coordinate with all parties to ensure smooth transactions
• Maintain strong relationships with clients for repeat business and referrals

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Property Consultant or Real Estate Agent in the UAE
• Strong knowledge of the Dubai real estate market
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• RERA certification is an advantage
• Self-motivated, target-driven, and professional
