Responsibilities

• Handle property sales and investment transactions for local and international clients
• Conduct property viewings and client consultations (on-site and virtual)
• Build and maintain strong relationships with buyers and investors
• Manage qualified leads and achieve individual sales targets
• Maintain accurate client records using CRM and digital tools
• Represent Lupos Real Estate with professionalism and market expertise

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of real estate sales experience (UAE experience is a strong advantage)
• Fluent English is required; additional languages are highly preferred but not mandatory
• Strong communication, negotiation, and closing skills
• Self motivated, goal oriented, and performance driven
• Comfortable working in a commission based structure
• Organized, tech savvy, and familiar with CRM systems
