PROPERTY CONSULTANT

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Property Listings
• Source new properties directly from owners
• Build and maintain a strong inventory of listings
• Maintain relationships with property owners
• Leasing Activities:
• Handle rental inquiries and client requirements
• Arrange and conduct property viewings
• Negotiate rental terms and close leasing deals
• Sales Activities:
• Manage buyer inquiries and follow-ups
• Present suitable property options
• Negotiate and close property sales transactions
• Client Management:
• Maintain regular communication with clients
• Follow up consistently to convert leads into deals
• Build and manage a client database
• General Responsibilities:
• Achieve assigned targets for listings, leasing, and sales
• Submit daily activity reports
• Represent the company in a professional manner
