Property Consultant - Sales ( Arabic Speaker )

Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Sales Executive to join our real estate team. The role involves handling client inquiries, presenting properties, and closing sales while ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle client inquiries through calls, and online channels
  • Understand client requirements and recommend suitable properties
  • Conduct site visits and property presentations
  • Follow up with potential clients and maintain strong relationships
  • Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to team performance
  • Coordinate with internal departments for smooth booking and documentation
  • Maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales activities
  • Stay updated on project details, pricing, and market trends

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
  • 2+ of experience in real estate sales (preferred)
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet targets
  • Good knowledge of MS Office and basic CRM systems
  • Presentable and customer-focused approach

Preferred Skills

  • Knowledge of local real estate market
  • Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills
  • Ability to handle multiple clients and follow-ups effectively
