Role Overview

You will be responsible for increasing brand awareness, driving sales, and building strong relationships with customers and store teams. Your goal is to deliver an outstanding shopping experience while ensuring product availability and attractive in-store displays.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor stock levels and maintain planograms on a daily basis
• Communicate out-of-stock items with store teams and internal stakeholders
• Drive sales by promoting brand value and building customer trust
• Build strong relationships with outlet managers and customers
• Ensure products are well displayed, clean, and fully stocked
• Provide excellent customer service and personalized product recommendations
• Demonstrate skincare and makeup application techniques
• Stay updated on beauty trends and product knowledge
• Attend trainings and continuously enhance product expertise
• Meet sales targets and contribute to overall team performance
• Maintain a clean and organized retail environment
• Support transactions and inventory management

Requirements

• Graduate in any field or equivalent experience
• 2–3 years of experience in sales or customer service
