Job Overview

RMH UNITED SPC is seeking a motivated Telesales Representative to contact customers, promote our products/services, and convert leads into sales.

Key Responsibilities

• Contact potential and existing customers via phone
• Present products/services and explain benefits clearly
• Handle questions and objections professionally
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships
• Meet sales targets and KPIs
• Close sales and process orders/payments
• Keep accurate records and follow up on leads

Requirements

• Omani nationals only
• Strong communication and persuasion skills
• Confident phone manner
• Basic computer skills (CRM/data entry)
• Target-driven; sales or customer service experience is a plus
