About the Role
Inspira Enterprise is seeking a dynamic and result‑driven Account Manager (Omani) to join our expanding Oman team. This role is ideal for a sales professional with a strong flair for selling technology solutions and managed services, building long‑term client relationships, and driving growth across key sectors in Oman.
Key Responsibilities

Own and grow strategic accounts across Government, Telecom, BFSI, and Oil & Gas sectors

Act as a trusted advisor to customers by understanding business challenges and positioning Inspira’s solutions effectively

Drive end‑to‑end sales cycles—from opportunity identification, solution positioning, commercial negotiations, to deal closure

Build and manage strong relationships with CXOs, CIOs, CISOs, and senior decision‑makers
-
Identify cross‑sell and upsell opportunities within existing accounts

Collaborate closely with presales, delivery, and regional teams to ensure successful solutioning and execution
Solution & Service Focus
Cybersecurity Projects & Services

Position enterprise cybersecurity solutions such as SOC, SIEM, IAM, endpoint security, cloud security, data protection, and compliance

Sell managed security services (MSS), including 24x7 monitoring, incident response, and risk management

Engage customers on cybersecurity strategy, regulatory requirements, and risk posture
Data & AI Solutions

Promote data engineering, analytics, business intelligence, and AI‑driven use cases

Help clients leverage data modernization, AI/ML platforms, predictive analytics, and insights for business decision‑making
-
Support use cases across customer experience, fraud detection, operational efficiency, and intelligence
Digital Transformation Initiatives

Drive adoption of cloud platforms, application modernization, automation, and integration solutions

Position Inspira as a transformation partner enabling agility, scalability, and innovation

Sell managed services and outcome‑based solutions across digital platforms
Requirements
-
Omani (mandatory)
-
Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field

3–8 years of experience in IT sales or account management
-
Proven ability to sell solutions and managed services, not just products
-
Strong understanding of the Oman market, customer ecosystem, and procurement processes

Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder‑management skills
-
Self‑driven, ambitious, and comfortable working in a growth‑oriented sales environment
