Key Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities in the real estate market
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and investors
• Promote property listings and company services to potential buyers
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis
• Generate leads through networking, calls, and meetings
• Prepare and deliver sales presentations and proposals
• Negotiate contracts and close deals effectively
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth client onboarding
• Maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales activities

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or related field preferred
• Previous experience in sales, business development, or real estate is an advantage
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Self-motivated and target-driven mindset
• Ability to build strong client relationships
• Good understanding of sales techniques and market trends
• Comfortable working in a performance-based environment
• Valid driving license is a plus (if applicable for field work)
