Job Description: Property Consultant

Location: Qatar

A Step In Property is responsible for guiding clients through the process of buying, selling, and leasing properties. The role requires strong market knowledge, excellent communication skills, and a customer-focused approach to ensure successful and smooth real estate transactions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist clients in identifying suitable properties based on their preferences and budget
• Conduct property viewings and provide detailed information on features, pricing, and location
• Generate leads through marketing, networking, calls, and referrals
• Negotiate offers, contracts, and terms between clients and property owners
• Maintain and update a database of available units, listings, and leads
• Provide clients with market insights, investment advice, and pricing guidance
• Prepare, review, and process necessary documents and agreements
• Build and maintain long-term client relationships
• Coordinate with property owners, developers, and internal teams
• Achieve individual and team sales targets

Qualifications & Skills:

• Experience in real estate sales or leasing (preferred but not required)
• Strong communication, negotiation, and customer service skills
• Good knowledge of the local property market
• Ability to work independently and handle multiple clients
• Organized, proactive, and target-driven
• Fluency in English (Arabic and other languages are a plus)

Must have Driving License and a Car

Compensation & Benefits:

• Commission: Competitive commission structure based on closed deals
• Allowances: Company SIM with Data & Calls

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: QAR7,500.00 - QAR35,000.00 per month
