Property Consultant

We are looking for a Real Estate Consultants to join our Sales Team. A highly motivated individual who is self-disciplined and has a “passion” for Real Estate.

Desired Candidate Profile:

• Candidates from Real Estate, banking, Aviation, and Sales fields are welcome.
• Highly Motivated with Strong business sense and passion to work in the Real Estate Industry.
• Excellent Time- Management and organization skills.
• UAE Driving license is a plus
• Should possess excellent interpersonal & communication skills

Duties and Responsibilities

• Actively generate and convert leads for off-plan and secondary market properties
• Advise clients on buying, selling, and investing in real estate
• Conduct property viewings, client meetings, and project presentations
• Negotiate deals and close transactions with confidence
• Promote company listings and exclusive projects
• Maintain accurate client and deal records using the CRM
• Stay updated on Dubai real estate market trends and pricing

What we're looking for?

• Strong sales mindset with hunger to perform and earn
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Ability to work independently in a commission-based environment
• Professional, confident, and client-focused attitude
• Real estate experience in Dubai is preferred (off-plan or secondary)
• RERA certification or willingness to obtain is an advantage
• Fluent English required; additional languages are a plus
