Property Consultant

Job Overview

We are looking for a driven and experienced Secondary Market Listing Agent to join our real estate team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 6 months of proven experience in listing and selling residential properties, with a strong focus on the secondary (resale) market. This role is ideal for agents who are confident in sourcing listings, managing sellers, and closing transactions.

Target Candidate Profile:

• Minimum of 6 months of experience in the real estate industry
• Focus on agents with experience or interest in the secondary market
• This is a commission-based position

Tools, CRM & Licenses:

• Microsoft Teams for local and international calls and video conferencing
• Full CRM license package (KENDAL)
• Secure mailing servers (local and international)
• Remote access and VPN connectivity

Commission Structure:

• Flat 55% commission on owned deals
• Opportunity to increase up to 80% based on company targets
• Commission payouts within one week of deal closure
