Property Consultant

Job Description:
We are seeking a motivated Property Consultant with at least 6 months of experience in the Dubai real estate market to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will assist clients in buying, selling, and renting properties, while providing excellent customer service and market insights.

Key Responsibilities:

• Guide clients through the property buying, selling, and renting processes in Dubai.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the Dubai real estate market and property trends.
• Prepare property listings, conduct viewings, and negotiate deals with clients.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, developers, and other stakeholders.
• Assist in marketing properties through online portals, social media, and other channels.
• Ensure compliance with Dubai property laws and regulations.
• Achieve sales targets and contribute to team performance.

Candidate Requirements:

• Minimum 6 months of experience in the Dubai real estate market.
• Knowledge of Dubai property laws, regulations, and market trends.
• Strong sales, negotiation, and communication skills.
• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and customer-focused.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
• RERA certification is an advantage.
