Property Consultant

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Property Consultant based in Qesm El Maadi. The Property Consultant will be responsible for providing expert advice to clients, supporting them in the process of buying, selling, or leasing properties. Key tasks include client relationship management, conducting market research, coordinating property viewings, negotiating deals, and staying informed about real estate trends to provide strategic insights. The role requires building and maintaining a network of contacts to source potential clients and ensure exceptional customer service throughout the property transaction process.

• Consulting and Real Estate expertise to guide clients through property processes efficiently
• Strong Communication and Customer Service skills for building and maintaining client relationships
• Sales skills to effectively negotiate and close property transactions
• Ability to work independently and manage time while meeting client needs
• Familiarity with property laws and regulations in Egypt is beneficial
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Real Estate, or a related field is a plus
