Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Cairo for a Talent Acquisition Specialist with expertise in the real estate sector. The role involves managing the full recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing and interviewing candidates to making hiring decisions. Key responsibilities include driving employer branding strategies, collaborating with hiring managers to define role requirements, ensuring a smooth interview experience for candidates, and fostering relationships with potential talent pipelines.
Qualifications

• Experience in Full-life Cycle Recruiting and strong recruitment processes
• Proficiency in Hiring and Interviewing to evaluate candidates accurately
• Skills in Employer Branding to develop a strong organizational reputation
• Proven success in real estate recruiting or similar industries is a must
• Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work in a fast-paced environment
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field is preferred
