Job Summary:
Nest One Real Estate is looking for a dynamic and motivated Property Consultant to join our team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will be responsible for assisting clients in buying, selling, and leasing properties while delivering excellent customer service and achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Generate leads through networking, referrals, and marketing activities
• Assist clients in buying, selling, and renting residential and commercial properties
• Conduct property viewings and provide professional consultation
• Negotiate deals between buyers, sellers, landlords, and tenants
• Stay updated on Dubai real estate market trends and property values
• Ensure compliance with RERA rules and company policies
• Build and maintain long-term client relationships

Requirements:

• Experience in real estate or sales in Dubai is an advantage (6months - 2 Years)
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Target-driven with a positive attitude
• Knowledge of the Dubai real estate market is preferred
• RERA certification is a plus (or willingness to obtain)
• Valid UAE driving license is preferred
• Fluency in English (additional languages are a plus)
