As part of our growing Pakistan team, we are looking for motivated and experienced real estate professionals to join us in Karachi.

Job Overview: We are hiring Property Consultants for our Karachi office (Clifton, Block 4). This role is strictly commission-based only and is ideal for candidates who have strong experience in the Karachi secondary real estate market and an established client network.

Candidates with strong sales skills, market knowledge, and the ability to close deals independently are encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities

• Generate and manage property sales leads
• Deal in Karachi secondary market properties
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and investors
• Conduct property viewings and client meetings
• Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to closing
• Maintain accurate CRM records and sales updates
• Stay updated with Karachi real estate market trends and pricing
• Collaborate with the internal sales and marketing teams

Requirements

• Minimum Education required (Bachelors Degree)
• Fluent English communication skills (spoken and written) required
• Communication Skills required
• Experience in Karachi secondary real estate market is mandatory
• Strong client network and existing clientele preferred
• Minimum 2 year of sales or real estate experience
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Modest, clean, and formal business attire is mandatory during office hours, official and client meetings
• Self-motivated and target-driven personality
• Professional appearance and client-handling skills

Compensation

• Commission-Based Only
• No fixed salary
• Attractive commission structure with high earning potential based on performance

Additional Details

• Full-time, on-site role based in Clifton Block 4, Karachi
• Working hours: 10:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. (7 days a week)
• Pick and drop service is not provided
• Applicants must commute independently

Pay: Rs50,000.00 per hour
