Job Title: Tele Sales Executive – Real Estate

Lakhani Group Builders & Developers is looking for experienced and motivated Tele Sales Executives to join our dynamic sales team. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills, confidence in handling clients over the phone, and the ability to meet sales targets in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Make 150+ outbound calls daily to prospective clients
  • Professionally present and promote real estate projects over the phone
  • Generate leads and conduct timely follow-ups with potential customers
  • Address client queries and provide accurate project-related information
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships
  • Achieve assigned sales targets and closures
  • Update and manage customer records in the CRM system

Requirements:

  • 1–2 years of experience in real estate telesales
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills
  • Confident, persuasive, and target-driven personality
  • Ability to perform effectively in a fast-paced sales environment
  • Basic CRM knowledge will be an added advantage
