Role Overview
You will manage the full sales cycle — from inbound lead to signed contract — guiding clients through one of the biggest financial decisions of their lives. You'll operate in Nawy's primary sales department, representing off-plan developments across New Cairo and beyond.
Responsibilities

Engage and qualify inbound leads generated through Nawy's platform

Conduct consultations to understand clients' needs, preferences, and financial capacity

Present tailored property recommendations across Nawy's primary portfolio

Guide clients through the full purchase process, from site visits to contract signing

Log and track all deal stages accurately on the CRM in line with Nawy's guidelines

Ensure full compliance with purchase contract terms, protecting all parties

Maintain post-closing relationships and continue sharing product updates with clients

Stay current on New Cairo market developments, developer offerings, and pricing trends
Requirements

Bachelor's degree in any discipline (fresh graduates are welcome)

Strong communication and persuasion skills — Arabic fluency required, English is a plus

High energy, self-motivated, target-driven mindset

Comfortable working in a fast-paced, commission-driven environment

New Cairo residency or ability to commute is preferred
