Property Consultant

Role Overview You will manage the full sales cycle — from inbound lead to signed contract — guiding clients through one of the biggest financial decisions of their lives. You'll operate in Nawy's primary sales department, representing off-plan developments across New Cairo and beyond.

Responsibilities

  • Engage and qualify inbound leads generated through Nawy's platform
  • Conduct consultations to understand clients' needs, preferences, and financial capacity
  • Present tailored property recommendations across Nawy's primary portfolio
  • Guide clients through the full purchase process, from site visits to contract signing
  • Log and track all deal stages accurately on the CRM in line with Nawy's guidelines
  • Ensure full compliance with purchase contract terms, protecting all parties
  • Maintain post-closing relationships and continue sharing product updates with clients
  • Stay current on New Cairo market developments, developer offerings, and pricing trends

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in any discipline (fresh graduates are welcome)
  • Strong communication and persuasion skills — Arabic fluency required, English is a plus
  • High energy, self-motivated, target-driven mindset
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, commission-driven environment
  • New Cairo residency or ability to commute is preferred
