Property Consultant

We are seeking a driven and experienced Real Estate Agent with a strong background in the UAE real estate market to join our expanding team.

The ideal candidate will have a proven ability to build strong client relationships, stay informed about evolving market trends, and provide expert guidance on UAE real estate laws, regulations, and property investment opportunities.

This role requires excellent communication skills, market knowledge, and a client-focused approach to delivering exceptional service in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

✅Prospecting for potential new clients

✅Qualifying clients and recommending suitable projects based on the client’s criteria

✅Achieve individual sales targets based on

✅Network and expand contacts base

✅Regular contact with purchasers ensuring awareness of current market activity as well as new opportunities

✅Updating CRM database

Requirements

✅Minimum 1 Year Real Estate Agent Experience in UAE in Offplan projects.

✅Strong sales and negotiation skills

✅Ability to meet target

✅Fluency in English is mandatory

✅Preferably Mallu / Malayalam speaker

✅Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Salary and Benefits

Working days:

Tuesday to Thursday - 10:00am to 6:30pm

Friday - 2:00pm to 6:30pm

Saturday and Sunday - 10:00am to 6:30pm

Monday - OFF
