Property Consultant

ITW Properties is an established real estate firm operating across Abu Dhabi and other key locations, offering professional property solutions with a strong focus on client satisfaction and market expertise.

Role Overview:
We are looking to add dynamic and motivated professionals to our Abu Dhabi team. The role involves assisting clients with property transactions, generating leads, and building long-term business relationships within the real estate market.

Key Duties:

• Source new clients through networking, calls, and referrals
• Assist customers with property sales, purchases, and leasing requirements
• Arrange and conduct property viewings and client meetings
• Provide accurate information on available properties and market trends
• Maintain client relationships and ensure consistent follow-up
• Achieve individual sales targets and contribute to team goals
• Update and manage client data using CRM systems

Candidate Profile:

• At least 6 months experience in real estate or sales (Abu Dhabi experience preferred)
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Self-driven and target-oriented mindset
• Ability to manage clients professionally in a fast-paced environment
• Immediate availability is an advantage
• UAE driving license and own car preferred
