The Role

This is a full-time, hybrid role based in Dubai.

You will be responsible for generating, managing, and converting business across buying, selling, and leasing. From building your pipeline to closing transactions, the role requires discipline, urgency, and strong control over the sales process.

You will be expected to actively prospect, conduct viewings, qualify clients, and consistently move deals to closure.

Who We’re Looking For

  • Proven ability in sales, negotiation, and closing deals
  • OR a strong drive to break into a high-performance sales environment and compete at a serious level
  • Confident communication and the ability to influence and build trust
  • Strong work ethic with a target-driven mindset
  • Ability to handle pressure and maintain consistency
  • Understanding of the Dubai real estate market is an advantage
  • Fluent in English (additional languages are a plus)
  • UAE driver’s license preferred
