Job Description:

We are seeking motivated and Experienced Real Estate Brokers to join our team. The ideal candidate will oversee real estate transactions, guide clients through buying, selling, and leasing properties, and manage the brokerage's operations. This role requires excellent communication and negotiation skills, and the ability to build and maintain client relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

Client Representation:

• Assist clients in buying, selling, or renting residential, commercial, or industrial properties.
• Provide guidance and market insights to help clients make informed decisions.
• Negotiate contracts and ensure compliance with legal and regulatory standards.

Transaction Management:

• Oversee property listings, marketing, and showing of properties.
• Handle paperwork, contracts, and financial documentation for real estate transactions.
• Ensure smooth and timely closing of transactions.

Broker Operations:

• Identify the properties that can be rented/sold
• Log all the information on Leads/Prospects & Property Owners into a company provided database (Excel)
• Provide reports to company management on leads, ongoing inquiries, closed deals.

Requirements:

• Should be available in Qatar and hold a valid Qatar driver’s license (Required)
• Experience in Real Estate is preferred but not necessary as we are open for people who have a passion for Sales & Marketing and want to move into the exciting field of Real Estate Brokerage.
• Strong sales and negotiation skills.
• High level of integrity and professionalism.
• Good knowledge of the areas in Qatar-Doha.
• Well versed in English and/or Arabic

Compensation:

• Experienced Real Estate brokers will be paid a salary of upto 2000 QAR and 45% commission.
• Others who are new to real estate will not be given a fixed pay.
