The Opportunity

At Rocky Real Estate, you'll have access to the tools and support needed to focus on what you do best: closing deals and building lasting client relationships.

What You'll Do

• Manage residential and commercial sales and leasing transactions across Dubai's secondary market.
• Build and maintain relationships with buyers, sellers, landlords, tenants, and investors.
• Conduct property viewings and provide expert market advice to clients.
• Negotiate offers and successfully manage transactions from inquiry to closing.
• Follow up on company-generated leads and develop your own client network.
• Stay informed about market trends, pricing movements, and community developments.
• Consistently achieve individual sales and leasing targets.

What We're Looking For

• Minimum 1 year of experience in Dubai real estate.
• Strong understanding of the secondary property market.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Self-motivated and target-driven mindset.
• UAE driving license preferred.
• RERA certification is an advantage.
• Fluency in additional languages is a plus.
