Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Property Consultant / Real Estate Agent to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, assisting clients with buying, selling, and leasing properties, and maintaining strong client relationships while achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

• Generate and qualify leads through networking, referrals, and marketing activities.
• Assist clients in buying, selling, and leasing residential and commercial properties.
• Conduct property viewings and provide professional consultations to clients.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of market trends, property values, and available listings.
• Negotiate property deals and ensure successful transaction closures.
• Prepare and manage property listings across online platforms and social media.
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with landlords, tenants, buyers, and investors.
• Coordinate with property owners, developers, and legal teams when required.
• Ensure all documentation complies with UAE real estate regulations and company policies.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales/leasing targets.

Requirements

• Previous experience in real estate sales or property leasing is preferred.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Knowledge of the Abu Dhabi/UAE real estate market is an advantage.
• Self-motivated, target-oriented, and able to work independently.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and property listing portals.
• Valid UAE driving license is preferred.
• Fluency in English is required; Arabic or other languages are a plus.
