Property Consultant - Arabic

We are seeking a motivated and experienced Property Consultant to join our real estate team in the UAE. The ideal candidate will have strong sales skills, in-depth knowledge of the UAE property market, and the ability to communicate effectively with Arabic-speaking clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist clients in buying, selling, and leasing residential and commercial properties
• Generate leads and maintain a strong client database
• Conduct property viewings and provide expert advice to clients
• Negotiate prices and terms between buyers, sellers, landlords, and tenants
• Stay updated on market trends, property laws, and company listings
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets

Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year of experience in property sales in the UAE
• Fluent in Arabic (English proficiency is a plus)
• Valid UAE driving license is mandatory
• Bachelor’s degree / Graduation is required
• Own car is preferred
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Self-motivated, target-driven, and professional attitude
