Property Consultant - Basic Salary + Commission

Job Summary:
We are seeking an energetic and motivated Real Estate Agent to join our team. The role involves generating leads, assisting clients with property purchases/rentals, and closing deals. This position offers a fixed basic salary along with attractive commission incentives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Source and follow up on property leads.
• Meet and guide clients in property viewings.
• Negotiate and close property sales/rentals.
• Maintain client relationships and provide excellent customer service.
• Keep updated on property listings and market trends.
• Achieve monthly sales targets.

Requirements:

• Previous real estate sales experience is preferred.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Target-oriented, proactive, and self-motivated.
• Fluency in English; other languages a plus.

Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED4,000.00 per month
