Role Overview

We are seeking a motivated and experienced Property Consultant fluent in Chinese (Mandarin) and English to join our team. The successful candidate will focus on serving Chinese-speaking clients and investors, providing them with expert guidance and seamless transaction support. This role requires strong sales skills, knowledge of the Abu Dhabi property market, and the ability to build lasting client relationships.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist Chinese-speaking and English-speaking clients in buying, selling, and renting properties in Abu Dhabi.
• Provide expert advice on property values, investment opportunities, and market trends.
• Conduct property viewings and coordinate with landlords, developers, and tenants.
• Negotiate deals and ensure smooth transaction processes.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships through exceptional customer service.
• Stay updated on real estate laws, regulations, and market developments.

Requirements

• Fluency in Mandarin Chinese and English (spoken and written).
• Minimum 2 years of experience in real estate sales or leasing, preferably in Abu Dhabi.
• Strong knowledge of the local property market and investment advisory.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Valid UAE driving license (preferred).
• RERA/DMT certification is a plus.
