Job Summary

We are looking for a proactive and customer-focused Property Consultant to join our real estate team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, managing client relationships, and closing property sales or rentals while ensuring a high level of service and professionalism.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify potential clients and generate leads through prospecting, networking, and marketing activities.
  • Conduct property viewings, presentations, and provide clients with accurate information about available listings.
  • Understand client requirements and recommend suitable properties.
  • Negotiate offers, prepare sales agreements, and facilitate the closing process.
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients, landlords, developers, and investors.
  • Maintain an updated database of available properties, client leads, and follow-ups.
  • Stay informed about market trends, new project launches, and competitive activities in the UAE real estate market.
  • Ensure all transactions comply with RERA and UAE real estate regulations.
  • Collaborate with marketing, admin, and sales teams to support business growth and meet monthly targets.

Requirements

  • Minimum 1–3 years of experience in UAE real estate (sales or leasing).
  • Strong knowledge of UAE property market trends and practices.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and customer service skills.
  • Professional, presentable, and confident with strong interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in CRM platforms and MS Office.
  • Fluency in English; additional languages (Arabic, Persian, French, Russian, Chinese, etc.) are a plus.
  • Valid UAE driving license and own car preferred.
