As we scale our Dubai operations, we are expanding our team with experienced Property Consultants and ambitious professionals entering real estate who want to build a structured, internationally backed career.

Role Overview

As a Property Consultant (Off-Plan, Secondary & Investment Advisory) at HEAVEN., you will advise local and international clients across the full sales and investment lifecycle.

Your responsibilities include:

• Managing client consultations and investor meetings
• Actively sourcing and engaging clients through structured calling and follow-ups
• Understanding client investment goals, budgets, and timelines
• Advising on off-plan launches and secondary market opportunities across leading developers
• Staying informed on new launches, payment plans, and market trends
• Managing listings, inventory, and project allocations via CRM
• Supporting clients through reservation, SPA execution, and deal closure
• Ensuring full compliance with RERA and DLD regulations
• Building long-term client and investor relationships

Work Environment

• Prime Dubai office location near Palm Jumeirah
• Senior consultants benefit from a lean in-office structure, with only three mandatory office days per week

Who Should Apply

• Fluent in English and one additional language (Arabic, Turkish, German, Dutch, Greek, Spanish, Serbian, Romanian, French, Hungarian, or similar)
• Background in sales, business development, or client-facing roles
• Real estate experience preferred for senior roles but not mandatory to start
• Confident, professional, and client-focused
• Self-driven, performance-oriented, and ambitious
• Motivated to build a long-term, international real estate career
