Property Consultant (Commission-Based) – Secondary Market Specialist

Tierra Properties is expanding and looking for ambitious, results-driven Property Consultants to join our growing team on a commission-based structure. We are seeking candidates with experience in the secondary market or a strong passion to build a successful career in the secondary market segment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Generate leads and convert prospects into successful sales
• Specialize in buying, selling, and leasing secondary market properties
• Conduct property viewings and negotiate offers professionally
• Build and maintain a strong client database
• Manage listings and source new resale opportunities
• Stay updated with Dubai real estate market trends
• Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets

Requirements:

• UAE real estate experience preferred
• Experience in the secondary market is a strong advantage
• Fresh candidates with a strong passion for secondary market sales may also apply
• Strong sales, negotiation, and communication skills
• Self-motivated, target-driven, and professional attitude
• RERA certified is an advantage
• UAE driving license preferred
