About Us
Drealtors is a fast-growing real estate brokerage in Dubai specializing in residential, commercial, leasing, off-plan and secondary market properties. We are currently hiring experienced Property Consultants and Real Estate Sales professionals who are confident in generating leads, closing deals, and managing property transactions in the UAE market.

This role is ideal for candidates currently working as Property Consultant, Real Estate Broker, Real Estate Sales Executive, Leasing Consultant, or Off-Plan Specialist in Dubai.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle buying, selling, and leasing of residential and commercial properties
• Generate new leads through cold calling, networking, referrals, and social media
• Manage off-plan and secondary market property sales
• Conduct property viewings and client meetings
• Advise clients on Dubai real estate market trends and pricing
• Negotiate and close sales and leasing transactions
• Ensure compliance with RERA regulations and Dubai Land Department procedures
• Maintain accurate records using CRM systems

Requirements

• Proven UAE real estate sales or leasing experience
• Strong knowledge of Dubai real estate market and RERA rules
• Experience in off-plan and secondary market preferred
• Strong negotiation and closing skills
• Target-driven and self-motivated
• Excellent communication skills (multilingual candidates preferred)
• Ability to generate own leads and build client database
