Property Consultant (Dubai Real Estate Experience Required)

Your Responsibilities

• Handle inbound company-generated leads and follow up promptly.
• Advise clients on buying, selling, and renting property in accordance with UAE and Dubai Land Department regulations.
• Conduct property viewings and present options based on client needs.
• Negotiate offers and work closely with the closing team to finalize deals.
• Ensure all agreements and documentation comply with RERA and UAE property laws.
• Keep accurate records and maintain professional communication.
• Stay updated on Dubai property trends, pricing, and legal procedures.

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of experience in real estate (Dubai experience strongly preferred).
• Strong sales ability with proven closing skills.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Good understanding of UAE real estate rules, RERA procedures, tenancy laws, and sales documentation.
• Professional appearance and client-focused attitude.
• Valid UAE driving license is an advantage.
• Ability to work independently and hit targets.
