Property Consultant (Female)

Arfeen Real Estate is expanding its Ajman team and is currently seeking a driven and Arabic-speaking Female Property Consultant. This role is ideal for someone who is confident, client-focused, and eager to grow within the UAE real estate sector. Prior experience is welcome but not essential, as full training and continuous support will be provided.

Role Overview

• Guide clients through property buying, renting, and selling processes across Ajman
• Arrange and carry out property inspections, explaining details clearly and professionally
• Assist in negotiations and support clients until successful deal completion
• Establish and maintain long-term client relationships based on trust and quality service
• Keep up to date with property values, new developments, and market activity

Candidate Profile

• Fluent Arabic speaker
• Female candidates only (position-specific requirement)
• Strong communication and people-handling abilities
• Self-motivated, confident, and performance-driven
• Freshers and entry-level candidates are encouraged to apply; full training is provided
