Role Overview

We are seeking a dynamic, motivated, and client-focused Female Arabic-speaking Property Consultant to join our high-performing team. As part of our growing portfolio of luxury properties, you'll connect discerning clients with exceptional real estate investments and lifestyle solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Advise clients on residential and off-plan luxury property purchases and investments
• Generate and follow up on leads through networking, referrals, and company marketing
• Understand client requirements and provide tailored property solutions
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Dubai’s real estate market trends and regulations
• Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients and developers
• Guide clients through every step of the sales process, ensuring a seamless experience

Requirements

• Fluent in Arabic & English (verbal and written)
• Female candidate (as per role requirement)
• Proven experience in sales or real estate (1+ year preferred)
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and a team player
• Strong knowledge of Dubai’s real estate market is a plus
• Valid UAE driving license is an advantage
