Real Estate Agent

Job Summary:

A Real Estate Agent is responsible for assisting clients in buying, selling, and renting properties. They act as intermediaries between buyers and sellers, guide clients through the transaction process, and provide expert advice on market conditions, pricing, and property listings.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist clients in buying, selling, and renting residential or commercial properties.
• Guide clients through property tours, inspections, and negotiations.
• Prepare and present purchase offers to sellers for consideration.
• Market properties using listing services, open houses, social media, and networking.
• Conduct comparative market analysis to estimate property value.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of local market trends, pricing, zoning, and property laws.
• Coordinate with mortgage lenders, home inspectors, attorneys, and other professionals.
• Draft and review real estate contracts, agreements, and legal documents.
• Negotiate prices and terms to help clients achieve favorable outcomes.
• Ensure compliance with real estate laws and company policies.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor’s degree preferred).
• Active real estate license (state-specific requirement).
• Proven experience as a real estate agent or similar role.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong sales and negotiation abilities.
• Knowledge of local property market and current real estate trends.
• Proficiency in MLS databases, CRM software, and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple clients simultaneously.

Work Environment:

• On-site property visits, client meetings, and occasional weekend work.
• Office-based tasks for paperwork, research, and client follow-up.
• Flexibility in scheduling to accommodate clients’ availability.

Compensation:

• Plus Commission
• Potential for bonuses based on performance.

Pay: AED1,000.00 - AED2,500.00 per month

Experience:

• Real Estate Agent: 1 year (Preferred)
