Compensation: Basic Salary + Attractive Commission Structure

We are looking for candidates who are:

• Female professionals currently based in the UAE
• Fluent in English and Hindi (mandatory)
• Russian or Arabic language skills are a strong advantage
• Confident, articulate and well-presented
• Passionate about sales and client interaction
• Active on social media or comfortable creating content
• Goal-oriented with a strong work ethic
• Eager to learn and build a long-term real estate career
• Available to join immediately or within a short notice

Note:Dubai real estate experience is a plus, but not mandatory. We welcome motivated freshers with the right attitude and communication skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Present off-plan projects and investment opportunities
• Conduct client meetings, site visits, and virtual presentations
• Maintain consistent client follow-ups
• Build and manage long-term client relationships
• Promote properties through digital platforms and social media
• Stay updated on Dubai market trends and new launches
