We are hiring a confident and ambitious Female Real Estate Sales Agent to join our growing team. This role is ideal for someone passionate about sales, client handling, and closing deals in Dubai’s real estate market. You will work with buyers and investors, supported by company leads and strong marketing.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle buyer and investor inquiries
• Promote off-plan and ready properties
• Conduct property viewings and client meetings
• Follow up with leads and maintain client relationships
• Negotiate prices and close sales deals
• Achieve monthly sales targets

Requirements:

• Female candidate
• Sales or real estate experience preferred
• Strong communication and persuasion skills
• Target-driven and self-motivated
• Presentable and professional
• English required (other languages are a plus)
