Job Summary

We are looking for driven, motivated, and results-oriented Real Estate Agentsto join our growing team. This role is ideal for individuals who are passionate about sales, customer service, and real estate, and who want unlimited earning potential through a commission-based structure.

Agents will assist clients in buying, selling, and leasing residential and commercial properties while consistently achieving sales targets.

Note: This is a commission-based position

Key Responsibilities

* Generate leads through networking, referrals, cold calling, site visits, and digital platforms

* Understand client needs and match them with suitable properties

* Arrange and conduct property showings and site visits

* Present property details including pricing, features, legal processes, and documentation

* Negotiate between buyers and sellers to successfully close deals

* Coordinate with developers, property owners, lawyers, and bankers

* Maintain accurate records of clients, properties, and transactions

* Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets

* Stay updated on market trends, pricing, and competitor activity
