Property Consultant ⟮Hindi Speaker⟯

Job Summary:

We are looking for a motivated and dynamic Real Estate Agent to join our growing team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have a passion for real estate, excellent communication skills, and a strong understanding of the UAE property market. You will be responsible for assisting clients in buying, selling, and renting properties while providing exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist clients in buying, selling, and renting residential and commercial properties.
• Conduct market research to identify potential properties and assess market trends.
• Generate leads through networking, cold calling, digital marketing, and property portals.
• Schedule and conduct property viewings.
• Negotiate deals and coordinate with stakeholders including clients, developers, and legal teams.
• Prepare and review necessary documentation such as tenancy contracts, MOUs, and sales agreements.
• Stay up to date with real estate laws, regulations, and RERA guidelines in Dubai.
• Maintain a database of properties and clients using CRM systems.
• Provide after-sales support to ensure client satisfaction and long-term relationships.

Requirements:

• Proven working experience as a Real Estate Agent or Sales Executive (UAE experience preferred).
• Strong knowledge of Dubai’s property market, freehold and leasehold areas.
• Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
• Presentable, professional, and customer-oriented.
• Proficiency in English and Hindi or other languages is a plus.
• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and capable of working independently or in a team.

Pay: AED4,000.00 - AED10,000.00 per month
