Persuasion, negotiation & soft skills

Structured coaching in sales psychology, objection handling, presentation techniques, and reading client behavior, from cold call to signed contract.

Legal & operations

Property law, SPA & conveyancing

Hands-on exposure to UAE property law, SPA drafting, escrow procedures, NOC processes, and developer payment plan, so you can advise clients with confidence.

Live deals

Shadow, assist & co-close

Sit in on real client meetings, property viewings, and negotiations. Graduate to assisting on closings and earning commission on deals you contribute to.

Independence

Your own pipeline, your own clients

Build and manage your personal client book with senior mentorship. Top performers are reviewed for full broker roles before the program even ends.

What we're looking for

The right kind of ambitious

• Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field
• Genuinely hungry, you follow the UAE property market, read about developers, care about deals
• Strong communicator with a professional presence and natural confidence in conversation
• Self-driven and goal-oriented, you don't need a manager to tell you to try harder
• Holds or is actively obtaining a UAE driving license with access to a personal vehicle
• Available full-time for a minimum 30days commitment
