Job Overview

Metropolitan Capital Real Estate is looking for a motivated and knowledgeable Property Consultant to join our dynamic team in Abu Dhabi. You will be responsible for managing property transactions, advising clients, and contributing to the company’s continued success in the UAE market.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist clients in buying, selling, and leasing residential and commercial properties
• Conduct property viewings, presentations, and negotiations with professionalism and accuracy
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Abu Dhabi’s real estate market, including pricing, trends, and legal procedures
• Build and manage a portfolio of property listings with accurate and timely updates
• Generate leads through networking, referrals, and marketing initiatives
• Provide expert guidance and support throughout the transaction process
• Collaborate with internal teams to execute sales strategies and close deals
• Represent the company at property exhibitions, open houses, and industry events

Qualifications and Experience

• 2–4 years of experience in real estate sales or consulting, preferably in the UAE
• Strong understanding of the Abu Dhabi property market and regulatory framework
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Fluent in English; additional languages such as Arabic, Russian, or Mandarin are a plus
• Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office
• Valid UAE driving license and own vehicle preferred
• RERA or DMT certification is an advantage
