Position: Property Consultant – Off-Plan

Role Overview

Chalet International Real Estate LLC is expanding its off-plan sales team and is looking for ambitious, target-driven property consultants. The role focuses on promoting exclusive projects from leading developers, building long-term client relationships, and closing high-value deals in Dubai’s fast-moving off-plan market.

Key Responsibilities

• Actively promote and sell off-plan projects from Dubai’s top developers
• Build and manage a strong client portfolio through consistent follow-up
• Identify client requirements and recommend suitable investment opportunities
• Stay updated on new launches, payment plans, and market trends
• Conduct presentations, project briefings, and property tours where required
• Manage leads through CRM and ensure timely client communication

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of real estate experience (Dubai market preferred)
• Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
• Fluency in English (additional languages such as Hindi, Italian, French, Turkish, or Spanish are an advantage)
• Driven, enthusiastic, and results-oriented personality
• Must be currently based in Dubai
