We are looking for a driven and high-performing Property Consultant to join our expanding team in Dubai’s off-plan real estate market.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and develop relationships with all types of clients (VIP, hot, warm, and cold leads)
- Conduct daily outbound calls to generate leads and build pipeline
- Convert leads into qualified meetings and property presentations
- Handle site visits, negotiations, and deal closures
- Visit project sites with team members to conduct professional client tours and presentations
- Generate new business through cold calling, referrals, networking, and follow-ups
- Maintain and update CRM with accurate lead tracking and pipeline management
- Achieve monthly targets through consistent lead generation and conversions
- Provide clients with investment advice on off-plan projects
- Represent the company in property events, exhibitions, and developer launches
- Coordinate with management to support, guide, and train new joiners and assist team members in daily operations and performance improvement
Requirements:
- 3–5 years experience in Dubai real estate (Off-Plan preferred)
- Strong sales, communication, and closing skills
- Proven ability in cold calling and lead generation
- Team player with ability to support and guide junior staff
- Good or Fluent in English (Arabic is a plus)
- UAE Driving License is required
- Preferably own a car
