Property Consultant (Off-Plan & Secondary Market)

Job Description

We are a dynamic and growing real estate brokerage based in Dubai, looking for ambitious, self-motivated, and result-driven Property Consultants to join our team. Whether you are an experienced broker or a high-achieving sales professional looking to enter the real estate industry, we provide the platform and support to help you reach your maximum earning potential.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead Generation & Networking: Proactively source new business through cold calling, networking, and following up on company-provided leads.
  • Client Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with buyers, sellers, and investors.
  • Property Showings: Arrange and conduct viewings for secondary market properties and present off-plan projects from major developers.
  • Market Analysis: Stay up-to-date with Dubai’s real estate market trends, price fluctuations, and new project launches.
  • Negotiation & Closing: Handle the end-to-end sales process, from initial inquiry to final contract signing and handover.

Requirements

  • Experience: Previous sales experience is essential. Real estate experience in Dubai is highly preferred but not mandatory for the right candidate.
  • Communication: Exceptional English communication skills (verbal and written). Additional languages (Arabic, Russian, French, or Mandarin) are a significant advantage.
  • Licensing: RERA certification is a plus (if not, a willingness to obtain one is required).
  • Attributes: High level of professionalism, resilience, and a strong "hunger" for sales.
  • Mobility: Must hold a valid UAE Driving License and own a vehicle.
