We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Property Consultant – Off Plan to join our dynamic real estate team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for promoting, presenting, and closing off-plan property sales while delivering exceptional customer service and market expertise.
Key Responsibilities:
- Promote and sell off-plan properties to potential investors and end users.
- Provide clients with detailed project information, payment plans, floor plans, and investment benefits.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with buyers and investors.
- Generate leads through networking, referrals, marketing platforms, and company-provided leads.
- Conduct property presentations, site visits, and project tours.
- Stay updated on Dubai real estate trends, developer launches, and market conditions.
- Negotiate deals and ensure smooth closing procedures aligned with company standards.
- Maintain accurate records of sales, client interactions, and follow-ups in CRM systems.
Requirements:
- Experience in Off-Plan Sales is highly preferred.
- Strong knowledge of Dubai real estate market and major developers.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Fluent in English; Arabic or additional languages is a plus.
- Professional appearance and positive attitude.
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
- Valid UAE driving license is an advantage.
