Position: Property Consultant – Off-Plan Specialist

Role Overview:
We are seeking a motivated and knowledgeable Off-Plan Specialist to manage the sale and promotion of off-plan properties from top developers. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying investment opportunities, guiding clients through the sales process, and building strong client relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

• Promote and sell off-plan properties from major UAE developers
• Advise clients on market trends, property options, and investment opportunities
• Build and maintain strong client relationships
• Manage end-to-end sales transactions
• Represent SASA Real Estate professionally at client meetings and property launches

Requirements:

• 3-5 years of real estate experience in the UAE (off-plan sales)
• Valid UAE driving license and own car
• Must be ready to join immediately
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Familiarity with leading UAE developers and their projects
